What this documents

Training connected to the work—not separated from it.

Adaptive F&I Training begins with the dealership that actually exists. In this session, coaching happens inside the finance office with the manager, the store's working materials, and the operating environment in view. That context allows the discussion to address the process the manager must use after the trainer leaves.

Visible field evidence

What the photographs establish.

Each statement stays within what the visit and supplied photographs can support.

01

The setting

The coaching takes place at the finance manager’s desk inside the dealership—not in a generic classroom removed from the store’s workflow.

02

The material

The conversation is grounded in the dealership’s own menu, paperwork, systems, and operating context.

03

The participation

Trainer and finance manager work through the material together, creating an opportunity for questions, demonstration, feedback, and repetition.

04

The relationship

The Don’s Car Corral showroom photo documents a new powersports dealer partnership and the real retail environment the work is designed to support.

Welcome, Don's Car Corral.

A new dealer relationship starts by learning the store: its people, inventory, customers, products, process, and performance questions. The showroom image records the beginning of that partnership without presenting a testimonial or promising a specific result.

Evidence boundary

Activity is documented. Outcomes come later.

This field note confirms an in-dealership training activity and a dealer relationship. It does not establish that training caused a change in PVR, product penetration, chargebacks, customer experience, or any other performance measure.

A quantified case study will be added only after the baseline, intervention, adoption evidence, follow-up period, metric definitions, limitations, and dealership publication permission are documented.
