Free dealer diagnostic · immediate result

Build a product strategy around the units you actually sell.

Map the current shelf, expose unanswered eligibility questions, and organize the next 30 days of product review and manager training. The builder does not select products for customers or replace current agreements and qualified guidance.

Your result appears immediately and remains ungated. Treat every surfaced category as a question to evaluate—not an automatic product recommendation.

The plan is already available. Submit only if you want Elite FI Partners to review product availability, eligibility, administration, training, and performance context with your dealership.

Decision standard

A broad shelf is not automatically a healthy shelf.

The strongest product strategy connects verified availability and eligibility with customer relevance, accurate explanation, clear choice, sound administration, manager fluency, and retained performance. More categories can create more opportunity—but also more overlap, training burden, exceptions, and measurement complexity.

Use the builder to organize the dealership's review. Then use current agreements, approved materials, administrator procedures, dealership reporting, and qualified legal or compliance guidance to make decisions.

Builder FAQ

Use the result for disciplined questions.

Does the builder recommend products for customers?

No. It surfaces dealership-level categories and questions to evaluate. Customer relevance, availability, eligibility, terms, price, and the presentation process must be verified for each applicable transaction.

Does a category shown as a gap mean the dealership should add it?

No. A surfaced category is an evaluation prompt. The review may determine that the product is unavailable, ineligible, duplicative, operationally unsupported, economically unattractive, or not appropriate for the dealership's strategy.

What does the readiness score measure?

It organizes the selected inputs for product breadth, eligible-opportunity tracking, agreement review, manager confidence, menu use, and service capacity. It is not a compliance grade, financial forecast, or product-performance benchmark.

Can products be bundled together?

Potentially, when the individual products are eligible and compatible, benefits and prices remain clear, customer choice is preserved, and the dealership's approved process and qualified guidance support the presentation.

What data should a dealership measure?

Track eligible opportunities, product selections, product mix, menu use, cancellations, chargebacks, claims and benefit feedback, documentation exceptions, manager and unit variation, customer complaints, and retained performance.

A transparent handoff

What happens after you submit?

Your result, download, or confirmation appears immediately. The website does not make you wait for the CRM.

  1. 01
    You keep the value.

The score, calculation, playbook, or confirmation remains available even if the background handoff is delayed.

  2. 02
    The context enters Elite OS.

Your dealership details, selected answers, and attribution are sent securely to the Elite FI Partners lead queue.

  3. 03
    A person reviews it.

An Elite FI team member sees the operating context before reaching out. The system does not create a dealership account or make an automated recommendation.

  4. 04
The next step fits the request.

The follow-up can focus on training, coaching, process, measurement, or profit-sharing—without forcing every dealership into the same path.
